THE BELGIAN FEDERATION OF THE DEAF PUBLISHES ITS MANIFESTO
The Fédération Francophone des Sourds de Belgique (F.F.S.B) published its Manifesto and highlights that the basic right to access the information to deaf and hearing impaired persons in Europe is just not respected.
On it's website the FFSB also stresses the June ballot as one of the only opportunity for Deaf and hearing impaired persons of Belgium to express themselves.
